BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The rental of our accommodation and camping pitches is personal and may not be sub-let or
assigned to a third party. The reservation takes effect upon receipt of a deposit and by the
completion and signature of the reservation contract. For all bookings made on-line,
acceptance of the of the general terms and conditions of sale are deemed to create a contract
between us.

Minors, aged under 18 on the date of arrival on site, must be accompanied by their parents or
legal guardians.
Your booking includes either a fully-equipped tent, or a pitch for your own tent, caravan or
camper van plus access to the sanitary facilities, reception and all other communal facilities
available on site. For the duration of the booking.
We reserve the right to refuse requests made at the time of reservation.

 

RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS:
All rental accommodation is fully equipped with furniture, crockery, pillows and duvet.
Towels are not included. Each accommodation or camping pitch is intended for a specific
number of people and there is a surcharge for any additional sleeping spaces requested.
For safety and insurance reasons, the maximum number of people in each unit of
accommodation may not be exceeded. A baby is considered a person in calculating this
occupancy.
Belair le camping reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families
arriving with a larger party size than the insured capacity of the rented accommodation.

RATES AND TOURIST TAX
The prices indicated on the website are valid for the 2023 season. They are per night stated in
Euros and include VAT. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate which occurs
between the time the prices were determined and the invoicing of the stay will result in a
corresponding change in the price including VAT, which the customer accepts without
reservation.
In addition, there is a local tourist tax is € 0.59/day/person over 18 years old (2023).

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
For bookings made 7 or more days before the date of arrival, a deposit of 30% of the price of
the reserved accommodation or pitch must be made at the time of booking. The remaining
balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before the date of arrival, the entire stay must be paid for
at the time of reservation.
Payment methods: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, bank cheques in euro redeemable in France,
holiday vouchers, bank transfers. Payment on site (cash or pin) is possible after a deposit by
credit card.
 
In the absence of payment on the due date (deposit and balance or full payment), Belair
le camping reserves the right to cancel the entire booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation more than 28 days before arrival, the deposit will be returned in full.
In case of cancellation between 28 and 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, the entire reservation amount is due.

NO RIGHT NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L121-19 of the Consumer Code, Belair le camping informs its
customers that the sale of accommodation/services provided is not subject to a cooling-off
period of 14 days.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival and departure may take place on any day of the week, subject to site availability.
For holidays in July and August, a mandatory minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
Arrival
Arrival is from 15:00 to 22:00. Please notify us of any late arrival before 18:00 on the
planned arrival date, so that we can make any necessary arrangements. The campsite reserves
the right to re-rent the rented accommodation or the planned pitch without further notice, if
there is a no-show within 24 hours of the planned arrival. In such cases, all monies paid are
non-refundable.
If you wish to arrive in the morning, the reservation will be charged as if it started on the
previous day.
Any late variations to the party size or names of group/family members, must be reported on
arrival as this may affect tourist taxes, capacity of the unit and incur extra costs etc.

The campsite reserves the right to refuse entry to guests arriving with a larger number of
participants than was indicated at the time of booking or if the names do not match on arrival.
In these circumstances, there will be no refund of any monies paid.

Departure
On the scheduled day of departure, the rental accommodation or pitch must be vacated before
11:00 am and all outstanding amounts must be paid. If the rented accommodation or pitch is
not available at 11.00 am without prior written agreement, an additional 25 Euros will be
charged.
Rental accommodations must be left in a neat condition and the inventory can be checked,
any broken or damaged object is at the expense of the user, as well as the repair of the
accommodation, if necessary.
If you plan to leave before Reception opens at 9h please notify us before 19h the night before.

Changes
Change of stay (date and/or type of accommodation) may be requested in writing (email). We
will do our best to meet any such request, which may involve a change of rate.
Any request to shorten the duration of your stay will be considered a partial cancellation and
subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation by Belair le camping
Except in case of force majeure, in case of cancellation by Belair le camping, the booking will
be fully refunded. No compensation will be given as a result of this cancellation.

Visitors
Visitors of registered guests must be reported to the campsite owners at all times. Any
visitors who stay longer than four hours with registered guests will be considered additional
guests and will be billed to the registered guest from their arrival date until their departure.
The campsite reserves the right to deny access to the campsite to unregistered persons.

Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings (bicycles, etc.). The campsite declines all
responsibility with regard to the personal belongings of the guests and in all cases of an
incident with regard to the legal liability of the person responsible for the incident, other than
the campsite itself.

The campsite cannot be held liable for malfunction or decommissioning of technical
equipment, malfunction or permanent or temporary closure of certain facilities of the
campsite, if they are beyond its control and/or are related to force majeure.
In low season and for reasons related to a lower volume of visitors, the campsite reserves the
right to vary or remove certain facilities, facilities, services or planned activities. For any
reservation in low season, please contact the campsite to confirm the availability of certain
facilities.

 

ANIMALS
Dogs and cats are allowed on the campsite, provided they are kept on a leash at all times and a
maximum of 2 per accommodation or pitch. For the rental accommodations there is a cleaning
surcharge of 10 euros per dog or cat per stay.
Pets must not harm the peace and safety of other guests or pollute the campsite. The campsite
reserves the right to ask guests with pets who cause a nuisance to the other guests, or to
pollute the campsite, to leave the campsite immediately, without any refund of amounts paid
and still due.

REGULATIONS (extract)
All guests are obliged to respect the regulations of the campsite and the swimming pool.
Cars are not allowed on the campsite, except for loading and unloading.
The on-site speed limit is 10 km/h.
A parking space for one car is available for each accommodation or camping pitch.
All other cars must be parked outside the campsite.
Access to the swimming pool is reserved for camping guests only. Appropriate swimwear
must be worn.
All guests must respect our site ‘quiet time’ between 23:00 and 08:00.
Each party leader is responsible for ensuring that none of his party members or day visitors
causes any nuisance on site.

In the event that a guest disturbs the stay of other parties or does not respect the provisions of
the internal regulations, the guest will be informed orally or in writing to cease the
disturbance. In the event of serious or repeated violation of the internal regulations and after a
reminder to comply with them, the campsite may decide to terminate the agreement. In the
event of any criminal offence, the police will be called in.

IMAGE RIGHTS

During your stay you may be photographed, and any such photographs may appear in our
publications /marketing materials at any time in the future. The campsite will handle this
carefully, but guests can indicate at any time, before and after, that photos containing their
image may not be used or must be removed.

PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you are informed
that the personal data, which is required to be provided, is collected in the context of the
reservation and necessary for its execution. You have a right of access, rectification and
deletion, which can be exercised by contacting us by e-mail.
Personal data is never provided by Belair le Camping to third parties.

COMPLAINTS

All complaints regarding the holiday must initially be submitted on site to the owners of
Belair le Camping so that they can find a solution. If you are not satisfied with the answer,
